PRACTICAL
Our trainings exist for 80% out of interactive and practical exercises.
CONCRETE
The practical toolkits allow participants to start with applying concrete tools and techniques immediately after the session. The content of the toolkits is defined during the intake meeting with the client.
Our filter methodology enables participants to select those techniques out of the toolkit that meet their individual challenges. We work with the Pareto principle: people concentrate on those 20% of techniques that result in an 80% improvement of results for their specific case.
